Library Assistant -- Children's/Youth Services

Permanent part-time position – averaging 20 hours a week – for a person committed to providing courteous, efficient, and friendly library service to persons of all ages and personalities. Librarian V, IV, III, II or I or commitment to become certified within two years. Basic computer and customer service experience required. Some college preferred. Creativity and experience working with children are desired. Evening and weekend hours as schedule requires. Criminal background check necessary. Pay: Depends on experience and education.

Library Assistant -- Circulation/AV Services/Computer Lab

Commitment to providing courteous, friendly library service. Must be able to get along with a variety of personalities. Evenings and weekend hours as schedule requires. Year-round part-time job—average approximately 7-10 hours a week. Pay: Depends on experience and education.

Opens: Immediately. Closes: May 18, 2012
