Preschool Tales

Mondays at 10:30 a.m.
A weekly theme-based story and movement program created to develop a love of reading in 3-6-year-olds.  Includes a simple craft and a short movie.  Please register in Children’s in person or by calling 765-668-2900, Ext. 105.

Sensory Tales

Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.
This hands-on program encourages creative play. Activities will include sensory table, modeling dough, painting, blocks, rhymes, and other preschool activities. For preschoolers ages 3-6 years.  Please register in Children’s in person or by calling 765-668-2900, Ext. 105.

Wee Tales

Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
This interactive program is packed with books, rhymes, activities, movement, music, and more.  Developmentally appropriate for infants-2-year-olds. Please register in Children’s in person or by calling 765-668-2900, Ext. 105.

STEM Stations

Third Saturdays at 3 p.m.
Families explore hands-on science fun. Please register in Children’s in person or by calling 765-668-2900, Ext. 105.

 

 

Elementary Age and Middle School Programs

Lego Club

Build your own Lego creation to put on display.  This program is offered on a Saturday and Monday monthly, suggested for kindergarteners-6th-graders. Please see the Library calendar for exact dates and times, and to sign up.

Special Programs

Throughout the year, special programs are planned by library staff for elementary age children.  Past programs include Family Survivor Night, Harry Potter Book Night, PJ Tales, Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss, Children’s Halloween Party, and Star Wars Day.  Please see the Library calendar for upcoming programs and their dates and times.
