Meeting rooms open again

Meeting room usage comes with limitations as specified under Indiana guidelines:


  • Limited to 50% capacity

  • Masks must be worn

  • No food or drinks

MPL has meeting rooms available for for-profits and nonprofits.


There are 2 meeting rooms in the basement - Meeting Rooms A and B - plus the Israel Conference Room on the second floor of the main library, and the Forrest and Carnegie rooms on the second floor of the Carnegie Building.

Reservations for meeting rooms must be done in advance. You may file this form or contact Meeting Room Coordinator Debbie Kirkwood at 765-668-2900, Ext. 1131.


Study rooms are on the second floor and may be reserved up to 2 weeks out on a first-come, first-served basis. Users must be 14 and up or accompanied by an adult. Not appropriate for depositions or supervised visits.
